Midsummer dinner at Pensionat Solhem, Friday and Saturday
When you stay at Pensionat Solhem during midsummer, breakfast and dinner are included.
Midsummer Eve 25.6 .:
Starter:
Herring plate (herring, black bread gravlax, fried herring, new potatoes and egg half)
Main course:
Salmon with Hollandaise & Shrimp and Rice
Pork tenderloin á la Solhem with pepper sauce and boiled potatoes
Salad with feta cheese and olives
Dessert:
Old-fashioned vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries
Midsummer Day 26.6 .:
Starter:
Herring, smoked salmon, new potatoes, toast skagen and horseradish roll
Main course:
Salmon with sour cream & leeks and rice
"Housewife's" fiery chicken with ginger and coriander, among other things
Salad with feta cheese and olives
Dessert:
Åland pancake with prune cream and "snow puree" (whipped cream)
Appetizers and desserts are served to the table, while main courses can each be taken from the buffet table.
Meal drink: Water and home-cooked juice of red / white / black currants and gooseberries. Coffee.
